So, I bake bread sometimes, now.
It is SUPER easy if you follow this recipe, and it makes you look like one of those amazing people who totally has it all together so much so that they have time to bake their own bread.
I am not really one of those people but it is fun to occasionally appear that way (this recipe requires 5 minutes of hands on time).
And nothing smells quite as homey and cozy as having bread baking in your house.
I like to add a some fresh rosemary to my dough before baking and I give the bread a nice shellacking of olive oil for the last 20 minutes of baking.
It comes out crusty and golden on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside every time!Pin It Now!

Happy 8th Birthday to my very best buddy, Goalie!
I am so lucky to have this a sweet little guy in my life. He sticks with me through thick and thin with his happy personality, cute little face, and wagging tail, and all he ever ask for in return is a tummy rub and a little bit of the crispy skin when I roast chicken.
I love you, G!Pin It Now!
