Roast Beast

I made Christmas dinner for the first time this year, and I think it was  a hit.

I made a standing roast following this recipe. 

Served it with  roasted tomatoes, potatoes, pearl onions, garlic and rosemary. 

Made these sprouts. 

And a salad of mixed greens, mushrooms, cranberries, and goat cheese.

We've got some of the greatest years ever behind us,
