One Bite Wonder

This is what I've been eating for breakfast lately. It also makes a terrifically easy passed hors d'oeuvres or an amuse bouche (if you are the type of person who serves amuse bouches at home) if you are hosting a fancy pants party.

So simple... just a slice of cucumber, a little piece of smoked or sashimi grade salmon, a dollop of creme fraiche, some chopped red onions, a little sprinkle of chives, and a couple drips of lemon juice. 

Mouthful of marvelous!
